Getting started with Zoho

Mimo MystReserve integrates with Zoho Mail to display meeting room schedules on tablets placed by meeting room doors in your office.

How the integration works

Mimo MystReserve's two-way integration with Zoho ensures real-time visibility of your bookings. When a meeting room is booked from the Zoho user interface, it will be instantly shown in Mimo MystReserve, providing you with accurate and reliable information.

If a meeting room is free, you can book it from a Mimo MystReserve tablet, and it will be visible in Zoho. You can extend this meeting from Mimo MystReserve or end it earlier to free the room.

Currently, extending and ending meetings is available only for meetings created from Mimo MystReserve. All meetings created from Zoho are read-only in Mimo MystReserve.

Creating an account

To set up the integration, go to booking.mimomonitors.com, click "Log in with Zoho," and grant Mimo MystReserve the required permissions. These permissions allow Mimo MystReserve to access meeting room schedules and create or edit meetings right from connected tablets.

Mimo MystReserve integrates with Zoho Resource Booking, which is unavailable on the Zoho Mail Lite (free) plan.

After creating the account, you should see the Mimo MystReserve administration panel, which is similar to the one below.

Connecting device

Now it's time to connect your first physical device. To test Mimo MystReserve, you can use any Mimo tablet:

Open booking.mimomonitors.com on your device using any internet browser and click "Register device". You should see a "connection code" that will be needed shortly.
Open the Mimo MystReserve administration panel on your computer (see Creating an account section) and click "Connect device".
In the "Connect device" dialog, provide the "connection code" and click "Next".
Pick the device type "Single calendar" and click "Next".
Choose the desired calendar from the list and click "Voila". If you don't see any resource calendars, ensure that you have defined them in Zoho.

At this point, your device should display details about current and upcoming meetings.
