You can require check-in at the Mimo MystReserve tablet at the beginning of each meeting. If nobody checks in, the meeting will be removed. Additionally, you can configure Mimo MystReserve to remove recurring "no-show" meetings automatically.
Open the device-settings screen in the Mimo MystReserve administration panel.

2. In the "Check-in" section, change "Not required" to "Required in the first 10 minutes".
3. Change "Don't remove recurring meetings automatically" to "Remove recurring meetings if nobody checks-in 2 times in a row".
4. Click "OK" to save your changes.
